LCNS Productions began its journey into the haunted attraction industry in 1997 with an over-the-top home haunt in Albuquerque, NM. Over 1,000 trick-or-treaters and their families came through the haunted garage that year. Friends, family, and neighbors urged them to go big the next year, which they did.

This involved renting a vacated K-mart building and constructing approximately 7000 square feet of the first “Halls of Terror” haunted house.  For several years the event kept growing and they had to move to an old, empty Montgomery Wards building where the haunted house would remain for several years. A relocation of jobs brought them back to Colorado and “The Phantom’s Lair” represents their foray back into the haunted industry but in a much different and unique way.
